Questions, Answered

Can I order the products shown on this site?

Not yet. Every product currently carries a Concept Collection label. You can register interest or begin a project conversation, but the store does not accept orders for concept products.

Are the product images photographs of finished goods?

No. The catalogue uses original creative concept imagery produced for design development. It communicates intended form, material direction, colour and atmosphere; it is not evidence of a final manufactured product.

Are the displayed prices final?

No. Prices are indicative concept prices used to test the intended product architecture. Final pricing will follow verified material, production, packaging, duties, delivery, return and service costs.

Which materials will ALPORA use?

The current direction centres on wool, yak fibre, handwoven textiles and selected leather, wood or metal where function requires them. Exact composition and origin will be published product by product only after supplier documentation and testing are complete.

Does ALPORA already work with named workshops?

The project is developing its sourcing and workshop relationships. We will name makers or production partners only when agreements, permissions and production responsibilities have been confirmed.

Do you accept trade or custom enquiries?

Yes, we welcome early conversations with designers, architects and hospitality teams. At this stage an enquiry is exploratory. No specification, quotation, lead time or production commitment is final until feasibility and supply have been verified.
