Registering interest

The form on each product page records your interest in that design and the email address you choose to provide. It is not a preorder, reservation or promise of allocation, price, production or delivery.

Prices and specifications

Displayed prices are indicative concept prices. Materials, makers, dimensions, care, compliance, final prices, duties, delivery times and availability will be published only after validation.

Projects and trade enquiries

Early conversations with designers, architects and hospitality teams are exploratory. No specification, quotation, minimum, lead time or delivery commitment is final until confirmed in writing.

Before orders open

ALPORA will publish final regional terms, privacy information, shipping, returns, warranty, care and customer-service arrangements before accepting an order. Customers will be able to review the policies that apply to their market before payment.
