Accessibility
ALPORA wants its digital experience to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, across devices, input methods and assistive technologies.
Access is part of design quality.
Our current standard
The site is being developed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim that every page has already achieved full conformance. We are testing semantic structure, keyboard use, text alternatives, colour contrast, responsive layouts, form labels and reduced-motion behaviour as the site evolves.
Known development-stage limitations
The catalogue contains concept imagery rather than final product photography. Alternative text describes the intended object and visual direction, but final image descriptions may change when verified product photography replaces concept assets. Chinese and Japanese content is also being prepared for market activation and has not yet completed native-language review.
Feedback and assistance
If any part of the site is difficult to use, or if you need information in a different format, contact us through the Contact page. Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format that would help.
Continuous review
Accessibility will be checked again before commercial launch and after material changes to navigation, templates, forms or third-party services. Verified issues will be prioritised according to their effect on access to information and essential customer tasks.
